Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (ISO 20700, EU AI Act)
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI tools
- Develop corporate governance policies for AI deployment lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional working groups on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and policy dialogues
- Create transparency reporting mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Partner with legal teams on compliance for emerging AI regulations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership
- Expertise in bias detection/fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act compliance)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE P7000 series) preferred
