Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-wide deployment
- Lead cross-functional working groups to assess AI system risks across fairness, transparency, and accountability domains
- Establish audit protocols for AI model lifecycle management including bias detection and mitigation
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory dialogues
- Create training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Oversee continuous monitoring of AI system performance against ethical benchmarks
- Report on AI ethics metrics to executive leadership and board committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or technology ethics roles
- Proven experience designing ethical frameworks for ML systems or autonomous technologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind Ethics & Society) strongly preferred
