Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for quantum neural networks and autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for AI deployment in healthcare and critical infrastructure
- Design governance protocols for generative AI content verification and bias mitigation
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system behavior alignment with human values
- Create ethics training programs for AI developers and system operators
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology development
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethics-by-design in complex AI systems
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning pipelines
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or standardization organizations
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrable thought leadership in the field
