Responsibilities

- Create audit trails and transparency documentation for autonomous systems
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of ML model bias mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDEP, CIPM)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
