Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias auditing and fairness metrics implementation
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and compliance programs
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documentation and stakeholder reports
- Published research in AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
