You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI systems align with societal values while driving innovation in machine learning and automation.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement ethical frameworks for AI decision-making systems. Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across datasets. Develop governance policies for autonomous technologies. Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability. Stay ahead of emerging regulations in AI ethics.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive AI ethics guidelines and audit protocols
- Conduct bias mitigation and fairness testing for ML models
- Develop governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI deployment
- Monitor regulatory trends and update compliance strategies
- Lead stakeholder consultations on AI transparency
- Publish white papers on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Masters in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or compliance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Experience with GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIST frameworks
- Strong knowledge of ML/AI system vulnerabilities
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., AIE, ECAI)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
