Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for emerging AI technologies
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving 2026 AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, ethicists, and regulators
- Create AI transparency dashboards for public accountability
- Advise product teams on ethical design principles for quantum applications
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (QML, quantum algorithms)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
