- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering and product teams
- Create transparent AI explainability documentation for regulatory stakeholders
- Advise on ethical AI deployment strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience developing AI ethics training programs for technical teams
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, FTC guidelines)
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
