Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Law, or Computational Social Sciences

- Deep understanding of quantum computing and generative AI architectures
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
- Published research on AI ethics or philosophy of technology preferred
