- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Train 500+ employees on responsible AI development practices
- Oversee ethical compliance for generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools like IBM Fairness 360 or Google What-If
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics (journal articles/conference papers)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
