Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Advocate for ethical AI integration in product development lifecycles
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical challenges in 2026+ AI capabilities
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Educate stakeholders on ethical AI principles through workshops and documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Blueprint)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EIT Digital)
- Experience with stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive domains
