- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct research on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy
- Experience with NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and evolving regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
