Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Computational Social Sciences
- 5+ years researching algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI societal impact
- Expertise in causal inference and counterfactual analysis
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical algorithm development
