Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in 2026
- Lead interdisciplinary research on bias mitigation and fairness in machine learning models
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies on AI accountability standards
- Create predictive models for societal impact assessment of emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in production systems
- Author white papers and present findings at global ethics symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics research
- Published work in top-tier journals/conferences on AI governance or responsible innovation
- Expertise in bias quantification techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, or similar)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical modeling for ethical impact analysis
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong network with global AI ethics communities and policy organizations
