- Author industry white papers on AI accountability standards
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics policy development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large language model transparency tools
