Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, data governance, or compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal impact
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in AI ethics or data privacy (e.g., CIPP, CEH)
