- Develop transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes autonomous decision systems
- Shape industry-wide ethics standards through white papers and conference presentations
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development practices
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in quantum-AI convergence domains
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics Workshop)
- Expertise in implementing bias mitigation techniques for LLMs and computer vision systems
- Deep knowledge of international AI regulatory landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Proven track record of translating ethical principles into technical specifications
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 42001)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in high-impact AI deployments
