Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and ethical impact analyses for new AI projects and deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI model design and development.
- Advise stakeholders on ethical implications of AI technologies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed about global AI ethics regulations and industry standards, updating policies as needed.
- Lead training initiatives to raise awareness of AI ethics across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI ethics, data privacy, or a related regulatory role.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex ethical dilemmas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of current AI ethics regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
