Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving global standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI deployment protocols
- Author compliance documentation for emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act 2.0)
- Design transparency mechanisms for explainable AI systems
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product roadmaps and feature development
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech implementation
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias detection algorithms, and interpretability techniques
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate ethical principles into technical constraints
- Experience presenting complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or relevant conference participation
