Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 7+ years in AI ethics governance, responsible AI implementation, or regulatory compliance
- Proven experience developing ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep expertise in AI fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAIR) methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
