Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems across multiple industries
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Produce white papers and policy recommendations for industry standards bodies
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI methodologies
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and community impact assessment
- Published research or contributions to open-source ethical AI initiatives
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
