Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy development
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics, fairness, or accountability
- Expertise in emerging AI technologies (LLMs, generative AI, autonomous systems)
