Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical priorities
- Author corporate white papers on AI ethics for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and advise on strategic compliance
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with focus on AI ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, risk management, or compliance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in tech environments
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind Ethics & Society)
- Strong background in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
