- Conduct societal impact assessments for AI deployments in critical infrastructure
- Create ethics training programs for technical teams and leadership
- Represent company at international AI ethics forums and standards committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethics frameworks for autonomous systems or generative AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic transparency
- Experience publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics or responsible AI
- Strong background in policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement
