- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles in AI architectures
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and advise on compliance strategies
- Champion ethical AI initiatives through internal training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology domains
- Certification in AI ethics or governance preferred
