Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical frameworks for AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and autonomous technologies
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models using advanced statistical methods
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles in product development
- Create transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Advise executive leadership on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build public trust in AI solutions
- Research and publish thought leadership on evolving ethical challenges in AI
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional product development in tech environments
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics or responsible AI
