- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for joint research initiatives
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing architectures for edge deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformer architectures or generative models
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems serving >1M users
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of AGI safety alignment techniques and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ researchers
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow at scale and quantum programming languages
