Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, aligning with global tech adoption curves
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite to future-proof business models against tech disruption
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 100 partners and government agencies
- Author annual 'State of 2026 Tech' report with industry-wide impact
- Mentor next-gen AI talent through our Future Leaders incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, causal inference)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of predicting tech inflection points (2010+ accuracy)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 5-year technology roadmaps
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
