- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI of AI initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends (e.g., AGI, quantum AI, neuro-symbolic systems)
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
