- Architect 2026+ AI strategy roadmaps aligned with exponential technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing adaptive AI governance frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, quantum AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Design ethical AI deployment protocols for autonomous systems
- Present future vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing labs and research institutions
- Mentor internal 'Future Forecasting' team of PhD researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems to 100M+ user bases
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and alignment frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
