Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI/ML frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts
- Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing integration and generative AI
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Mentor AI talent through our FutureWorks Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to 100M+ user impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with quantum computing hybrid models and neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
