- Establish ethical AI frameworks and compliance protocols

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of launching production-scale AI systems
