Responsibilities

- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
- Research and prototype next-gen generative AI applications
- Optimize models for edge computing and distributed systems
- Document AI architectures and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in ML/AI development with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum-inspired algorithms
- Expertise in deploying large-scale ML models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in computer vision or NLP for autonomous systems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
- Demonstrated leadership in AI ethics and responsible AI initiatives
