Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and deep learning architectures for next-generation applications.
- Research and prototype novel AI algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production-grade deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
