- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to model quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Create predictive models for 2026 technology adoption patterns
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI-first development methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough neural network architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Machine Learning or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years developing production ML systems with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals (Q#, Cirq, or Qiskit)
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products
- Strong background in ethics and bias mitigation for AI systems
