Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced ML algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead research on explainable AI and bias mitigation frameworks
- Develop production-grade systems with 99.99% reliability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions across healthcare, climate tech, and finance
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for breakthrough methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers and present findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with ML focus (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience deploying models at scale with <10ms latency requirements
- Strong background in ethical AI design and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MLOps and CI/CD for AI systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming AI projects
