Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for 2026 enterprise readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing post-quantum cryptography solutions
- Drive R&D for autonomous AI decision-making frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on next-gen quantum computing protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through visionary proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI R&D teams
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience securing DoE/NSF grants
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape trends
