Qualifications

- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and NISQ hardware

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud-native)
