Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI/ML algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing integration with classical neural networks
- Develop scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing across distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research experience in AI/ML with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and R
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) or similar
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects from concept to deployment
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent top-tier conferences
