Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-inspired neural networks
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems
- Author and publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through weekly hackathons
- Develop patentable solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Stay current with emerging AI trends through quarterly industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of applied research experience with transformer architectures
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or federated learning
- Proficiency in C++ for high-performance algorithm implementation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional research projects
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
