Responsibilities
- Architect and lead research initiatives focused on Long-Form Generation, Multimodal AI, and Reinforcement Learning for the 2026 roadmap.
- Design novel neural network architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate research findings into scalable production models.
- Publish high-impact papers and present findings at top-tier conferences to establish thought leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all research projects.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied machine learning research, preferably within a tech or research lab environment.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and generative adversarial networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
