Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing self-optimizing AI systems with autonomous learning capabilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI hybrid computing platforms

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing (h-index >20)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale (>100M users)
- Deep understanding of 2026-era computing constraints and opportunities
- Exceptional proficiency in parallel computing architectures and distributed systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
