Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI models for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and test AI solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI and quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and workshops
- Contribute to patent filings for novel AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum computing libraries
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and GPU/TPU optimization
- Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI development practices
- Ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
