Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI frameworks with 2026 deployment targets
- Pioneer novel approaches to explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to create hybrid AI-quantum solutions
- Secure federal and private grants for forward-looking AI research initiatives
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier AI and quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms and research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science AI or equivalent tier publications
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven track record in developing transformer architectures and generative models
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement principles applied to neural networks
- Experience securing DoD or NSF grants for advanced AI research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
