Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/ML at NeurIPS/ICML venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Proven track record of developing production-scale ML systems at FAANG-level companies
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Strong background in physics, neuroscience, or computational biology
