Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum machine learning experiments using 1000-qubit systems
- Develop neuro-symbolic integration models for human-AI collaboration
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science with full lab support
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers and neuroscientists
- Patent at least 2 novel AI methodologies annually
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on autonomous system standards
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years research experience with top-tier publications (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and tensor networks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ research grants
- Prior work on AGI safety or explainable AI frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
