Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Pilot emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing applications.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Architect role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
