- Identify emerging AI paradigms (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems) and strategic integration points
- Design responsible innovation frameworks for AI-human collaboration models
- Oversee development of AI ethics training programs for enterprise partners
- Represent company at global AI policy summits and standards-setting bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- PhD or advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research on AI alignment problems or technology ethics
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals and AI policy frameworks
