Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with global business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI into product development and operations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI)
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for AI deployment
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and AI research labs
- Present strategic insights to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor AI talent and build future-ready organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI initiatives across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge computing
- Published research or thought leadership on AI futures (2025-2030)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
