Responsibilities
- Design AI-powered sustainability models reducing operational carbon footprint by 40%+ by 2026
- Lead development of predictive analytics for climate risk mitigation in supply chains
- Architect ESG-compliant AI systems meeting ISO 14004 standards
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize AI-driven circular economy solutions
- Present sustainability roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior data scientists in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with proven sustainability impact metrics
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) preferred
- Published research on AI for climate adaptation or circular economy
- Experience scaling AI solutions across Fortune 500 organizations
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- PhD in Environmental Science, AI Ethics, or related field
